Collateral Projects provides a unique "plug & play" concept that enables brands to access the best independent experts across various sectors including beauty, lifestyle, and F&B. This approach allows companies to benefit from specialized knowledge and expertise to enhance their brand offerings and improve their business outcomes.

Gallinée.

Collaborated with brand founder, Marie Drago and the brand's cross-functional team, on a significant range re-launch project. This involved implementing a new graphic design and altering the packaging for over 20 products in more than 50 formats. Our contribution enabled us to liaise with various stakeholders, established plans and timelines, made necessary adjustments, and delivered excellent results. We accomplished all this within a complex environment that balanced the agility of a start-up with the demanding requirements of a corporation.

Mirror Water.

Collaborated with brand founder, Estée Lalonde, to establish and develop the Mirror Water product range. Managed all aspects of product development, including market research, trend analysis, product range strategic approach, formulation creation with R&D Lab, and packaging. Maintained full responsibility for supplier relationships, sourcing, production management, and critical path management.

MZ Skin.

Leading the New Product Development team in executing the NPD pipeline, as well as implementing the comprehensive product strategy for the brand. Collaborating closely with the founder and the broader executive team to ensure targeted delivery of product launches is met alongside brand's KPIs.

Bheue Beauty.

Collaborated with the brand founder and the broader executive team to establish and develop the Bheue Beauty product range, a pregnancy-safe skincare and body care line. Implemented a comprehensive product strategy, managing and leading all aspects of product development from start to finish. Maintained full responsibility for supplier relationships, sourcing, production management, and critical path management.

Olivianna.

Leading the New Product Development Department in executing the NPD pipeline, collaborating closely with the founder and the broader executive team to ensure targeted delivery of product launches is met alongside the brand's KPIs. 

Implemented a comprehensive operational plan, managing and leading all aspects of product development, maintaining full responsibility for supplier relationships, sourcing, production management, and critical path management.

Boucheries Nivernaises.

Successfully completed several missions for the group. One of these tasks was managing the merger of two websites for the brand, which was a short-term project. Additionally, we were also responsible for long-term missions involving digital communications and assisting with international exports. Throughout each mission, close collaboration with the team is maintained, and we also seek outside expertise when needed.
