Gallinée.
Collaborated with brand founder Dr. Marie Drago and the cross-functional team on various projects since 2022, including NPD support, a graphic design and packaging uplift, and further projects more recently.
The redesign project involved updating the graphic design and packaging for over 20 products in various formats. Responsibilities included managing stakeholder communication, establishing timelines, making adjustments, and delivering results within a complex environment that balanced the agility of a start-up with corporate demands. Our NPD support, focused on managing, optimizing, and aligning processes effectively and concisely within the allocated timeframe.
Mirror Water.
Collaborating closely with brand founder Estée Lalonde, since 2021, to support the development of the Mirror Water product range, overseeing every aspect of the product development process. This included conducting in-depth market research and trend analysis to inform the strategic direction of the product range, ensuring it aligned with consumer needs and industry trends. Worked alongside the R&D Lab to create product formulations that met the brand's vision.
Managed the end-to-end development process, including sourcing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, overseeing production management, and ensuring timelines were met. Took full ownership of critical path management, ensuring smooth coordination across cross-functional teams to deliver the products on time and within budget.

MZ Skin.
Led the New Product Development team in executing the product pipeline and implementing the overall product strategy for the brand. Collaborated closely with the founder, Dr Maryam Zamani and the executive team to ensure product launches aligned with the brand’s goals and KPIs. Oversaw teamwork to ensure timely product development and launch. This included utilizing market insights, tracking product performance, and ensuring each launch met customer needs and brand expectations. Focused on improving processes, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring the NPD team remained adaptable to new trends and challenges.
Bheue Beauty.
Collaborated since 2021, with the brand founder and the executive team to establish and develop Bheue Beauty, a pregnancy-safe skincare and body care line. Worked together to create a product strategy focused on delivering effective, safe products for expectant mothers.
Led all aspects of product development, from concept through to launch, including market research, trend analysis, and product formulation with the R&D team. Oversaw supplier relationships, ensuring clear communication and effective sourcing of raw materials. Took full responsibility for production management, ensuring timely, high-quality manufacturing. Managed critical path processes and timelines across teams to ensure smooth and successful product launches. Emphasized efficiency, quality, and safety in line with the brand’s commitment to pregnancy-safe skincare.
De L'Arta.
Collaborated with the brand's founders to develop their hospitality collection, working closely with the team to bring their vision to life. Partnered with key suppliers to ensure smooth project progression, maintaining clear communication and coordination throughout the development process, and successfully delivering the collection.
Olivianna.
Assisted the New Product Development Department in executing the NPD pipeline by collaborating closely with the founder and the broader executive team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market demands. Supported a comprehensive operational plan, taking charge of all aspects of product development, from concept to launch.
Boucheries Nivernaises.
Successfully completed several missions for the group. One of these tasks was managing the merger of two websites for the brand, which was a short-term project. Additionally, we were also responsible for long-term missions involving digital communications and assisting with international exports. Throughout each mission, close collaboration with the team is maintained, and we also seek outside expertise when needed.
