Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered complex projects and achieved success for entrepreneurial brands.
I have had the opportunity to work for innovative start-up companies that have brought about transformative changes. During my time with these companies, I led the launches of well-known brands like Soap & Glory, Soaper Duper, Beauty Pie, Gallinée by Dr. Marie Drago, Mirror Water by Estée Lalonde, MZ Skin by Dr. Maryam Zamani, and Bheue Beauty.
I am passionate about creating and implementing processes using established frameworks. I firmly believe that with a well-crafted plan, any goal can be accomplished.​

Over the last 20 years of my career, I have been developing award winning, sustainable product innovations across premium haircare, natural skincare & spa categories, for brands such as OSKIA London, Espa, Toni&Guy & Label.m. I'm passionate about the beauty industry and I love to bring product ideas to life through skillful management of the NPD process. ​
Having always been interested in well-being & beauty from within, during the pandemic (and a move to Amsterdam from the UK), I qualified in Nutrition & holistic health, enabling me to work part-time with clients, offer workshops and talks, whilst also launching a skincare product of my own in 2023.
