Florence Roghe, NPD expert, combines entrepreneurial agility with a structured, corporate approach, managing end-to-end product development from concept to launch. Her work ranges from building scalable product ranges from the ground up to leading bespoke NPD projects within established brands. Her background includes roles at prominent beauty brands such as Beauty Pie, Soaper Duper, and Soap & Glory. Florence has been supporting renowned brands like Gallinée Gallinee Microbiome skincare - Shiseido Group by Dr Marie Drago, MZ Skin by Dr Maryam Zamani, MIRROR WATER by Estée Lalonde, Bheue Beauty and more. Her approach is rooted in clear planning, robust processes, and a deep passion for creating smart beauty products done well.

Victoria, Consultant, brings over 20 years of expertise in New Product Development in the Beauty Department. With a deep understanding of product formulation, ingredient innovation, and sustainability, Victoria has worked with brands such as OSKIA London, Espa, and Toni&Guy. Her background in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings gives her a unique perspective on pushing boundaries while adhering to industry best practices. Passionate about well-being and inner beauty, Victoria expanded her expertise during the pandemic by qualifying in Nutrition and Holistic Health after relocating from the UK to Amsterdam. In 2023, she launched her own skincare product while continuing to offer part-time client consultations, workshops, and talks.​

She has supported both established and emerging beauty brands, including Gallinée Microbiome Skincare, L.T. Piver Parfums and All Tigers. Acting as the key interface between our clients, their account managers, labs, and suppliers, she ensures that each step - from planning and sourcing to logistics - runs seamlessly.
