As a key driver of the company’s vision and growth, she has successfully launched and operated seven restaurants in Hong Kong, managing a central kitchen and leading a team of over 50 employees—giving her invaluable insight into the challenges and needs of clients. Renowned for introducing the French concept of roast chicken to Hong Kong, Marie has demonstrated exceptional operational and strategic expertise. Her extensive background spans product development, business strategy, and operational excellence, positioning her to lead the food and beverage division while helping brands expand their market presence and optimise operations.​
