Over 20 years of project management experience.
We observed the effects of the global pandemic and saw a shift in business operations. We are of the opinion that businesses and brands must be more flexible and agile. As a result, we developed the concept of offering project management services as an adaptable, ready-to-use solution with a hands-on approach. Our aim is to boost business efficiency and success through this service.
We have previously worked in locations ranging from London to Hong Kong, with diverse experiences that have equipped us in developing your project and vision, working closely with you throughout the process.
We are not just project drivers, we are active participants and executors. With a hands-on approach, we ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
After three years of successfully completing multiple international projects, we have come together to brainstorm ideas for expanding our expertise across various sectors, namely Beauty, Lifestyle, and F&B.

I have more than 20 years of experience in the Fashion & Beauty sector, with a focus on project management and product development. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered complex projects and achieved success for entrepreneurial brands.
I have had the opportunity to work for innovative start-up companies that have brought about transformative changes. During my time with these companies, I led with launches of well-known brands like Soap & Glory, Soaper Duper, Beauty Pie, and Gallinée by Dr. Marie Drago, Mirror Water by Estée Lalonde, MZ Skin by Dr Maryam Zamani, Bheue Beauty. Member of the Société Francaise de Cosmétologie.
I am passionate about creating and implementing processes using established frameworks.
I firmly believe that with a well-crafted plan, any goal can be accomplished.

My professional journey began as a buyer for major players in the United Kingdom and China where I have gained extensive experience in various aspects of the product development process, including creation and design, project management, negotiation, and manufacturing.
Driven by my passion for the food and beverage industry, I co-founded and successfully managed a chain of Rotisserie take away shops/restaurants in Hong Kong for over a decade. This venture allowed me to hone my skills in entrepreneurship, marketing, and customer service.
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable international experience in highly demanding environments, managing various aspects of companies and projects from start to finish.
As I am relocating to Dubai, I am eager to utilize my passion and experience in Food and Beverage entrepreneurship to benefit companies in the region.

Over the last 18 years of my career, I have been developing award winning, sustainable products & innovation across premium haircare, natural skincare & spa categories, for brands such as OSKIA London, Espa, Toni&Guy & Label.m. I'm passionate about project management, the NPD process and all things beauty and can't wait to bring my knowledge and ideas to the projects and brands we are working with here at Collateral Projects.
Having always been interested in health & beauty from within, I am also a qualified holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coach. During the pandemic (and a move to Amsterdam from the UK),
I set up a Health Coaching business to support clients to lead healthier lifestyles and glow from within, whilst also launching a skincare product of my own earlier this year.
